Chris is playing every Friday night at Pinche Gringo's, starting around 8 p.m.

And Brad and his band are playing every Tuesday now. We were there last night and they are great!

Yes indeed Chris is still here and will be until (probably) at least April or May.

He plays Sunday to Wednesday nights at "Siesta Fiesta" bar from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Location is 5th Ave, between 8th St. and 10th St.
Also he plays Friday nights at "Pinche Gringo" bar from about 8:30pm to midnight. Thats on corner of 26th St. and 1st Avenue.
Sometimes he also does a few impromptu songs on Thursday evenings and Saturday evenings at Bad Boys beach bar. The band there plays from 4pm to 8pm and Chris might jump on stage sometime later in the session.

Various people sometimes ask about CDs and DVDs etc with Chris in them, so just to help out, there are five 'Chris Bolister' CD and DVD's currently available :

1) The "Last Night at Keiths Bar" DVD, filmed on March 30th 2007 which was the final night of the bar on 10th Avenue. Runtime is about 80 minutes and I think pretty much every song that night is on the DVD. Its amusing to watch the the deterioration in everyone's drunken condition as the night progressed !

2) New DVD : "The Bolister Sessions - Chris Bolister Live in Mexico". Filmed in May 2007 at Bad Boys bar and also Siesta Fiesta bar. 22 songs in total, including ones from Johnny Cash, Rolling Stones, Van Morrison, Oasis, Beach Boys and 5 or 6 of Chris's own songs. Also : Deleted Scenes !! Its about 75minutes long. (pic below)

3) 3 CDs available : 2 different studio-recorded CD's by Chris with a variety of his own songs, and one shorter CD called "Songs to Upset Everyone" that has 3 songs on it - but theyre all quite amusing due to the lyrics ! This includes "St.Patrick was an Englishman", "Dublins' a Wonderful City" and "Baby Villain" (i like that one!).

Next gig is ..tonight (Wednsday) at Siesta Fiesta from 7:30 to 9:30pm.

You got any gaffer tape going cheap, mate?

Can't imagine The Bollockster singing much after yesterday's 5-1 rout to the Spurs!

And with such a goal being scored on the very last seconds of the match!

I don't care much for football, but given that it was so a la Arsenal made it doubly ironic.
