IN Playa...generally speaking........
High season = Christmas - Easter Low season = Easter - Christmas This is not the case for all of Riviera Maya however. When it comes to tourists staying at the AI resorts, summer is high season as well. |

Thank you. That is great. I speak spanish (I'm from honduras) so that would make it easier. How does it work over there? You pay first month rent and one month's rent security deposit? Or does it change depending on who u r renting from?
Also, is a 12 month lease considered long term or is a 6 month lease considered long term? What is the "norm"? Thank you! |
