A vote for diversification! Even after last week's big hits in the market, our 401 at work closed Friday with just a $0.35 hit! We have a bunch of different funds we can contribute too. I use the "Life 2040" fund which diversifies and automatically changes to less risky investments as you draw closer to retirement.
