To be honest THAT IDIOT was the furthest thing from my mind when I wrote my "little brain" comment. The fact that it is was who YOU thought of, immediately, might give you some pause in your support of THAT IDIOT.

I think THAT IDIOT is taking an idiot's viewpoint of our protection, and strategy for the longterm war against radical Islam. I was not a fan of John Kerry's, but he was absoolutely right when we said the war on terror should be conducted as an intelligence and law enforcement issue; not as a military one. W and his cronies mocked him.
Yes, our country has stayed safe for the past 6 years. And when plots are foiled, is it a result of our military offensives? No! Often it is because of global sharing of tips and information; a tip from a concerned US citizen; or, as an offshoot of a law enforcement action.
By contrast, Iraq has now turned into a hotbed of radical Islamic terrorism. This is through no fault of a military that is following orders. It is through the fault of a naive and misguided and uninformed Commander in Chief.

I don't do Olive Garden. I enjoy my Italian food from authentic sources, not some theme park rendition.

He has? Hmm... so the whole world loved us before? This thing in the middle east has been going on for thousands of years. America became the "bad guys" to them back when we took palestine and told them this isn't your country anymore and were changing the name to Isreal. Now I know that was the UN but we have been one of the biggest supporters of Isreal. That's why they don't like us. 9/11 did not happen after we went to war.

And people do say "he didn't do enough" does anyone remember the whole 9/11 inquiry. when they were searching for a scape goat as to why it wasn't prevented. Now it's he got us into a war, he lied about WMD. The president no matter who it is doesn't have the power in this country to do all of this on his own. That's what our checks and balance system is all about. the president can not declare war on his own it has to be approved by congress. Does anyone think that FDR is a royal screwup. He took us into WWII to fight a tyranical monster. We lost a lot more men in that war and when Germany surrendered and Hitler died we didn't say oh okay time to go home(like We did in WWI and look where that got us) we stayed and implemented a plan to stop it from happening again. We still have military bases in Germany. Maybe thats where we should worry about bringing our troops home from after all it has been over 60 years!
