My Feelings About Political Threads

i'll bet you dollars to doughnuts that some of the posts that are being written about OUR President are being read by these brave KIDs in Iraq and are really doing wonders for their morale. what is being written is being read by others, other than Playa members. I am a Republican and admit the war is not going well and wish that all the kids could come home, but for Christs Sakes, you guys that call OUR PRESIDENT an idiot, are idiots yourselves!!! WE ARE THERE...LET'S TRY TO COOL THESE POLITICAL THREADS. THERE ARE NO WINNERS OR LOSERS.

WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE THE UNITED STATES, NOT THE UN-UNITED STATES. KEEP YOUR HATE TO YOURSELVES!!!WE HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE THAT HATE US AND WANT TO KILL US! WE HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT IS NOT GOING TO GO AWAY SOON. EVERYONE SEEMS TO FORGET THAT. IF AND WHEN THEY COME HOME, IT WILL NOT BE THE END BUT IT MAY BE THE END FOR CIVILIZATION AS WE KNOW IT. I think the least we owe them (the men and woman dying for us) is the truth; not just a pretty picture (i.e. propaganda) And without choosing sides I will warn beware the black and white, because the truth is usually found in the grey. And the most effective way to discern the truth is open and honest discourse and debate. I think quelling or censoring that debate would be a disservice to those who serve.

i agree. i just object to those idiots that call OUR President an Idiot.....that's all. Those Idiots know who they are because they are diots, themselves. I never likes Clinton but i respected that office he held and I never called him an idiot. Most idiots that call others idiots seem to all be on the left side of Scampi Line.

Again I will say that I am completely apposed to this war. I am also forever in debt to the nobility of those who serve in the name of our freedom. Wouldn’t it have been great if the people of Iraq could have stood up and said there President was an Idiot? It’s probably easier not to read something rather than to ask other not to write it. We can stand up and debate whether the king has cloths or not without fear of reprisal.
