Anyone else watching "Hell's Kitchen"?

We LOVE this show, although it has a tendency to turn me into a barking martinet in my own kitchen (Yes chef. No chef. Look at me when I talk to you.)

Where do they find some of these people? I hope the Asian fellow with the cowboy hat, the cryer, is able to last for a few weeks -- he's like watching a walking train wreck. If my mom were in the retirement home he cooks for, I'd have the food tested, That guy has "Angel of Mercy" written all over him, and not in the good way.

I was really surprised at who he chose to eliminate last night. That took out one of the people I had earmarked for possibly winning the whole thing. That was a gutsy move on the Melissa's part. She's the one to watch!

Has anyone actually eaten at one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants?

The air is often 'blue' in my kitchen (sometimes with smoke but mostly bad language!)

I'm not a natural cook, and the end results are not always recognisable neither!

I only used to go in the kitchen to light my cigs on the cooker but now I don't smoke!

Good job my fella can cook

I love this show. We have been watching the series since it first started.
We were so happy that Ramsey got rid of Tiffany. She seemed like a trouble maker. I couldn't believe how rude she was to Julia.
I agree Aaron doesn't not look like he's stable at all. Angel of Mercy is a great name for him.
I felt so bad for the girl that got ostricized--Julia. I think the reason the girls don't like her is because she works at Waffle House. They all seem very "clic-y.
Rock and Julia are my favorites.
I am anxious for next week's show.

The lot of them obviously hadn't ever eaten in a Waffle House, even though they were dissing it. Good fast food, and eggs always cooked right! (But I don't think I've ever seen quail eggs on the menu) If Julia catches on quickly to "haute cuisine", I think having short-order cook training will help her (and her team) a lot. If she's smart she'll stick like glue to Melissa.

I missed most of the first episode but the one thing I did notice is the sameness of this year's cast of cooks to last year's... the all-knowing redhead, the sweater is now the snotter, etc.

I do love the show and have to make it a point to remember it's on.

That's why I often wonder if he's all hype. I don't detect too much innovation in the menus he has his teams prepare.

You know I am! (or you should know it. )
It's not you or me who call it mean.

no... but really, sugars... i did say something way back in time about staying off the political threads cuz sometimes they get "mean"... and there were a few jokes made about using the word mean... it was just a word that popped out... and then it comes up here again...

i'm fine with the shape of my spine... just really linkage deficient...
