Condominium Margaritas II

Anyone know where how far the beach is from this condo? Is this a good area to stay?

They are on Avenida 25 between Calle 22 and 24...about 7 blocks from the beach or so.

It is a good area, I live on Calle 22 myself. Maybe we actually WILL run into each other.

I believe they are between 20th and 25th (probably a 10 minute walk to the beach). For me, it is about being close to 5th Ave and I think this is a little further then I would like to be, but it seems like a pretty decent place also, right now, what may seem far, in a few years may be the place to be....

Oh forgot to respond. I think the area itself it pretty nice, they are building more and more condos and it is very convenient to Mega (not Walmart, right?)

it's a nice area to live in Playa. Our house is between 20 and 25. It's barely a stumble to 5th. The perfect distance, IMHO.

So is this getting further away from Las Palmas?

I would never do that to you Just look for a 5' 5" slender woman, always sporting sunglasses, Latina looking, with an attitude that would keep even mosquitoes away, so you'll know when to cross the street

Further from the beach? I've been getting so much grief from others about not getting an ocean view More looking...
