How come my avatar doesn't show up?

Is there a certain prerequisite that I have missed in getting my picture to show up when writing in. I have loaded a pic on my profile, but I can't see it when I reply - please help.

i had this problem when i reloaded ( then deleted ) my last one.
check 2 c if you still have the 'dont use avatar' radio button on. ..... T
