Updated Inclusive Restaurant List

As I reported earlier, I have recently revisited several of my restaurant favorites and some new ones, and I have absorbed some of the reports made by knowledgeable peeps and friends, and I submit, for your use and pleasure, an updated version of my restaurant list. I hope that you like it (being mostly the same as before, with some updates on oldies-but-goodies, and the inclusion of a few new additions). Keep me updated on your new finds and reports on changes happening with existing restaurants, so I can continue keeping the list current. (I attach today a slightly updated list as of August 18, 2007.

Wow, I never thought there were so many restaurants in Playa!!!

A few corrections on your amazing list :
Jalisco is not a town, but a state -El Santuario.
Although a vast majority of the Peeps here write Carbocitas, the real name is Los Carboncitos.

Mak Tub

You must add Mak Tub to the list. It's located next to babe's #2. we ate here twice on our trip in may. They have excellent middle eastern food. I had the same thing two days in a row. The greek salad, which was very fresh and crisp, chicken kebobs and hummus. Yummy!

Oh yes I agree with Heater. Mak Tub's food is really very good. And after dinner it's fun to try a hooka (I think that is what the water pipes are called) with their double apple tobacco.

Wow, I printed out the list - - it's fantastic! Thanks so much for all your hard work! This will be great to share with friends who also enjoy Playa, but sometimes get in a rut, and need a new place to eat and drink! Thanks!

Thanks Dpreefer!

A quick note:

Dr. Taco opened a second location on the road down to Mamitas.
