Sexiest Movie Scene?
That doesn't necessarily have sex in it? I used to think the scene from Ghost, you know when they were 'molding clay', but I love the haircut & shave scene from Phenomenon.
We all know that sexy doesn't necessarily have to have sex in it, so what movie scene is sexy to you? |

Just off the top of my head - in Danny Deckchair, after the big party, when they (if you've seen it, you know who I mean) are chasing each other through the house, hiding in the dark and giggling. More lovely and romantic than sexy, but you know what comes next.

I'm old school, I love the scenes in older movies that are fraught with unrequited sexual tension, where we're left to fill in the blanks.
Love the scene in The Sound of Music where the Captain and Maria are doing the folk dance together out on the patio. The kids are watching them, they are surrounded by noise and activity ... but all they focus on is each other. Love the "Shall We Dance" scene in The King and I, where they dance, then break it off ... there is a pregnant pause, which the king breaks up by clapping and demanding "Again!" |

I love the scene in Pretty Woman where Richard Gere is downstairs playing the grand piano and Julia Roberts goes looking for him. And he plops her up on the piano and rips open her robe. Ahhhhh..........that's a good one. Always made me want a grand piano

How about the fruit scene in 9 1/2 weeks? That was hot.
For romance, I remember the scene in Officer and a Gentleman with Richard Gere, when he sweeps her off her feet. If John were answering, he'd tell you it was that scene in Wild Things.

This would be really easy if there were a guys thread about this....
but in keeping with the female flavor (yum...) of this thread.... It isn't FIRST on my list of non-sexual sexiness in movies but there is a scene in The Last Samurai where Tom Cruise's character is assisted in his being dressed by the widow if the man who he had killed, and they have come to have a deep appreciation for each other. Very subtle, very erotic. |

Now, are you saying that men can't appreciate subtle sexuality?
