No boating over the weekend. Had a party on Saturday. Good music and lots of fun. Had a chance to talk with a lot of people. Many old timers in this community were present. Nice to see them kick up their heels and dance.

went to the doctor after work
I was miserable all day

Had to keep going to the bathroom to pull my pants down to spray my legs with lidocaine and then wave and wave to dry my legs before pulling my pants back up...what a sight that must have been

I have poison oak............bad case of it so I have prednisone to take now
I do feel better already.....I'm not scratching myself nonstop

just every 5 minutes or so
there is a lady on her way here to look at a puppy........she called earlier today and asked me to email her pics of the baby and I did and she called back 5 minutes later and said "OMG, he is so cute.........I want to come and see him tonight"
She said she has gone 5 other places to see lab puppies and they don't have the look she is wanting, but my baby boy does

If she takes him, that leaves the runt for me

Hi Lor!
Glad to hear you are finally getting some relief and possibly a puppy sold!

I started wearing my glasses today, have to wear them for a month!

My cataract consultation is in a month so I have to wear them until then or until after the surgery I assume. I guess contacts change the shape of your cornea so you can't wear your contacts for awhile so that they can get accurate measurements of your eyes. I hate wearing glasses. Then I bought some really cool clip on sunglasses too!

They even flip up! I am the coolest!

the girl who bought him bought him for her boyfriend..............she was so pretty......Chuck was interested in this sale

I want to keep the runt for us, but Chuck doesn't want to .....he says 2 big dogs are enough.........I know he's right, but he is just so cute

and PB you are the coolest with or without glasses with flip up sunglass clips
glasses are a fashion statement

I left the house right around 9 to walk and got back around 9:25 and it was still light out. No worries.

That was just the day that fit for my and my parents schedules. Ah well, it's just another day.

Good luck with the moving. So your parents will be in town then. I'd actually rather be moving that day! I'm not a big fan of fireworks!

We are going up to Estes Park for the day and stay in a hotel on the lake where they shoot the fireworks. Did I mention I hate fireworks?

It will be okay! You will still have fun with your family. Does sound like fun, more fun than moving.

Yep, Mom and Dad will be here on the 3rd. Looking forward to seeing them again. I'm just wondering how hot it will be on the day I move....that's my only worry...I'm on the second floor. I love living on the second floor, but moving on to the second floor, not so fun.

You'll have fun seeing them again! It's been awhile since you've seen them hasn't it? The second floor isn't so bad! It'll be warmer thats for sure! In the winter and the summer! When we were first married we had the garden level apartment. Which meant crickets everywhere!
