Susan has started to feel a little better, thanks. now that the storm has subsided, she's going to take a bath.

Very true! The Atlanta market is generally very slow right now. However, the neighborhood we're looking in is quickly gaining popularity...lots of new construction and renovations. We feel like it would be a good investment to buy there. So considering that, paying a little more for a house now may be worth it.

I will! Yeah, we're doing that. We're still in the early stages of house hunting, pllus we're not really under any deadlines, so things are in our favor.
