Thanks for the greetings, all. That's enough guessing for one night: aka Phyllis (of Popeye & Phyllis)
My log in came from a sign we saw walking north from El Pariso. Being a couple of old folks, neither of us could see well enough to put the letters together and we thought it it was someone's name (just a cute inside joke between us and some friends we shared the story with).

Bienvenidos....your story makes me laugh (speaking of bienvenidos )...my beautiful wife had a similar occurrence once when we were dropping off fruit from our daughter's band fund raiser....I drove up the driveway...she said, nope..wrong place...we were looking for the Smith's... I said, why do you NOT think this is their place...she said, because this is the Welcomes house, not the Smiths.....(you know, pointing to the Welcome plaque near their door )
