Fisrt time to PDC...need some Locals input..

Going with my Girlfriend on May31 to PDC.....yes staying AI...but would like to adventure a bit...can anyone drop some thoughts on the following :

1) best way to get to PDC from Cancun Airport....
2) Reef Club...Playa
3) good local spots in the town itself...
4) Good spots on Cozumel......
and 5) weather
Any info would be greatly appreciated...thx....

Thx Stacey..I have read lots since I posted first....sometimes it is just nice to chat about these things, get some input from people instead of reading others responses...know what I mean.....Thx for response...Plus reading about what someone said about something I asked about which was 2 years ago....doesnt help me much ...I like recent input..I feel better about where I am going then...

Most of the information you requested is in the read more section of this board. You can find it at the bottom or top of every page. This detailed and up to date information answers al most all your questions. Once you have read that you can then as specific questions.

1, 3, 4, and 5 are answered there.

Here's the cheapest and probably the best way to get from the Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen. It's located in a parking lot on the north end of Terminal-2 and the cost is between $6-$7 per person (US Dollars).

It just so happens that I live in St. Paul, MN which is home to the Minnesota Wild. Most of us around here are excited about the success of the fledgling team but general consensus is that we'd rather be facing facing off against the Dallas Stars instead of the Anaheim Ducks. Would have made for a more personal series for locals who still harbor ill feelings about Norm Green moving the Stars to Dallas. In hindsight, it's probably the best thing that ever happened because we destroyed the acoustically inept stadium where many of us have seen the likes of Jethro Tull, Led Zeppelin, (etc, etc) and built the most beautiful hockey arena in the nation. The acoustics are great too...
