Hot Greetings From Arizona
It's gonna hit 112 or so today here in Scottsdale, AZ. Wish I could take a refreshing dip in the PDC ocean, but alas, I have to wait until our next trip in November. I've been to PDC 4 times over the last 6 years, Stayed at the Royal Hideaway (2), the Riu Palace Mexico and most recently the Porto Playa condos. I think we prefer the condos. At the resorts, you're sort of captive to their food, activities, etc. and don't get the full PDC experience. We're returning to PDC for Thanksgiving and staying at the Luna Encantada condos in town. Any recent reviews of these condos? Also, how is the real estate market? Are prices rising, settling in or dropping? We are buying a place at the Novo Cancun condos in the Puerto Cancun project, scheduled for completion in late 2008.

Both me (Coronado H.S.) & the Wifey (Saguaro H.S./N.A.U.). We just happened to move the year after the June run of 122 degrees (1993???). Timing is everything... Sleeperbee |

Welcome! I'd rather deal with the "dry heat" as everyone calls it than the the heat on Long Island-the 3H's-Hazy, Hot & Humid. I've been to Fountain Hills & Las Vegas...the dry heat is much better than the east coast-just drink lots of water & carry around moisturizer.
