Rant And Vent Thread
Keep it civil.
Rants and venting only. I am so freakin sick and tired of all this freaking rain. If it doesn't stop soon, I can't be held responsible for what may happen. I am going freakin crazy! I feel a little better now. Last edited by Seakony : 07-05-2007 at 10:25 PM. |

I'm tired of my clothes being soaked the minute I walk out of the AC. I really really love it here but this mid-summer heat gets almost as old as the mid-winter cold of Ohio (but only ALMOST, because at least it's not depressingly gloomy and gray while it's hot, mostly)!
Other than that, I'm damn happy! ![]() |

Mosquitoes!
It's been really hot here and fairly humid, we had a lot of snow followed by a lot of rain and so there is a lot of standing water around...and they don't spray for skeeters much anymore (friggin treehuggers ) so the result is you can't even go outside unless you are doused in bug dope, and I am talking the highly toxic 95% DEET stuff since it the only thing that works ....it's horrible. |

I'm with Rita on the rain... it just won't freakin' stop... and this is TEXAS... and it is JULY... we should be ranting about the heat and the humidity and the a/c bills...
It's just so wet in the yard that no one can go outside lest we lose them in the mire... we can't get into the areas that need weeding without sinking 6 inches down... and I hate the feeling of coming in all wet... my hair and clothes... And we start renovations in 10 days... so maybe then I'll add that to the rant later on... right now I'm just happy something is actually slated to begin happening!! ![]() |
