Doņa Empaņadas is on 15th, near Calle 4, I think. It's real good, but our favorite is Antojitos Danny. It's a tiny blue booth with 4 stools in front, on the right on 10th Ave. as you're walking into Playa from Playacar, about a block before you get to Juarez. Cheese, chicken, and "meat" empaņadas for 4 pesos. Made right in front of you. Good eats.
