A quick note about this site and Anna and James

On May 5 our Fat Cat tour, reserved through Anna and James was cancelled. I was not concerned about the deposit we had paid to PlayaInfo and did not plan to deal with it at all until we returned home, at which time I figured I would drop them a note and get a refund or apply to to some future trip.

When I arrived home and checked email, the refund had already been made to my PayPal account I had paid it from...as if by magic. The only mention I had made of the cancelled trip was in a short note to the Topics in General portion of this board from the Zoo Internet bar in Playa.

To say that Anna and James receive an A+, 100% plus in our book would be an understatement. The customer service, in our experience, is without match in the universe, and that is no hypebole.

Ron, back to work now to earn the wherewithal for the next trip.

I second (or third I guess) your motion...
We almost had to cancel our trip due to a death in our family but at the last minute decided to go. James and Anna were compassionate and worked with us to cancel our trip and then reinstate it at the last minute.

Upon arriving in PDC the treatment we received from James and Anna was also wonderful. Our vacation was definitely better for having met them and listening to their advice.

I send folks to this site all the time and a few have even planned trips!

I can't think of a better way to thank James and Anna than by telling our friends about the deal card and this site!
