We were looking at houses near one of the general aviation airports here in Atlanta, but that neighborhood was not on the top of the list. I think I've said that we're working on the JWA expansion. We were reading about the noise ordinance in place for the airport. It's ridiculous! Basically any flight that comes in after i think 10pm either gets diverted to LAX or gets a $10,000 fine! ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yeah I kind jumped in with both feet! Burbank airport did soundproofing for all the houses in a certain area. the homeowners had to contact them but they came out and made sure that any noise level in the house was below a certain level. I know all about noise. I had a friend that I stayed with for a while that lived directly in the flight path for LAX. that was loud. And I lived right next to railroad tracks. And now we are right above the freeway. Its not that loud but constant. I dont even notice it unless someone points it out. I guess my mind has gotten used to filtering transportation noises
