what if it goes in the other direction....where a US $ costs Canadians less than a buck?
But since Canadian currency isn't so popular in Mexico....I'll stock up now.

I know utimately it's not great for the economy. (ie. interest rates). But since I'm going back to Cali, it's a nice change to the way it usually is. I'm kinda selfish that way. Me, Me, Me

Okay .... someone please explain to me once and for ALL- how this makes any sense....why would you pay to convert your money from Cdn to US and then into Mexican pesos, when you can just get pesos from the ATM at a great rate? Sure hope not. It's WAY too high now. Great for an individual, if you're doing some shopping across the border, or taking a trip to the US, but very bad news for the Canadian economy.
