Nation bans karaoke bars, Internet cafes? | Oddly Enough | Reuters

Normally, I would appreciate any effort to do away with having to listen to some drunk croon REO Speedwagon. To ban it because they are scared of its a threat to socialism, is just silly. Socialism is the biggest threat to socialism.

Certain songs should be banned from karaoke. Stairway to Heaven is on my top ten list.

I will admit to being a heathen, and if you ever heard me sing you KNOW I should be banned!!!

Along with "Stairway" please add any Bob Seger song, especially the one about taking "the old records off the shelf". Some things improve with age, this one has turned into vinegar
