If that truly is the case in this and most sports, I agree with Joana that that athletes should be differentiated.
Players/participants in every sport should have to wear a jersey making it clear whether they are or are not "doping" or otherwise enhanced.
Let the marketplace decide if they get cheered for their accomplishments and get endorsement dollars and TV contracts.

I totally agree, and it would be intersting to see the reaction of the sponsors, public etc.
