Birthday party Ideas

So on the same note as the pj party thread. I have my 30th birthday coming up. My birthdays always seem to be quiet and just kind come and go. Last year i had pneumonia. Matt wants to ignore his 30th but I want to celebrate. I told him that but if I dont come up with some of the ideas nothing will happen. Anyone have some ideas for what might be fun and memorable?
And local we cant go to playa like some lucky people

30 is an important birthday, and you should definetely celebrate. You can always bring a little playa to your party? I know you've still got that Bad Boys coconut!

Have a tropical cookout with friends and family. Show off your pics and new tatoo. Serve Micheladas and shrimp tacos. Hey, I wanna come! When's the big day?

I was just kinda thinking maybe I should do a playa type theme. Its October 7. You so should come out for it! Jenny too!

I dont care just something! I havent had a party for my birthday since I was 16!

Same here...my birthday is August 24, so it's always been around the time something else is going on...starting school/college, moving, getting married. etc.

One 30th birthday party we went to was really cool...the guests were asked to bring 30 of something for the birthday girl. She got everything from beers, to vegetables, to condoms, to socks....BUT that works best as a suprise party (which your party obviously won't be if you plan it).

You could get a few of your best friends, rent a limo, and go bar hoppin'...

Maybe we should get rooms down in hermosa and Bar hop there. And everyone that isnt in playa should come out and help me celebrate!

okay the girls pj party got all sorts of ideas. Maybe I should have put something about panties, pillow fights or wet tshirt contests in the title to catch people attention
