Maaaaaaaan, is it REALLY almost August? weekday thread...

David and I just arrived home about a 1/2 hour ago after spending a verrrry nice 4 hours with mastequilapf (Josef), his lovely wife Susan, and their friend, Emily. What a GREAT evening it was!! Got a great table right near the beach down in Hull, had a nice meal, margaritas, and summer ales, and lotsa laughs.

What a wonderful time we had!!! (until the Massachusetts State Police told us, albeit politely, to LEAVE!) GREAT PEEPS!!!!! (who we HAVE to see again and spend MORE time with - preferably next time in Playa!!) Will post some pics maybe tomorrow.

It was sooooo great to meet you guys!!!!

Hey, Craig.... you just reminded me of something.

There's a buncha road construction that's been going on for a few months now on the main road that I live on. I mean HEAVY DUTY construction where they're widening the road, necessitating the relocation of all the telephone poles, new sidewalks, and I think they're also updating the water lines all the way to the expressway.

As you know, a project of this magnitude means that they've gotta have many policeman to "man the lines" and keep the traffic flowing and the construction workers protected from us crazy Massachusetts drivers.

This is where YOU come in.

There is one cop who I see nearly every morning along the road as I edge my way toward the highway to get to work. He's probably in his late 40's/early 50's, and he's THE SEXIEST silver-haired FOX in uniform I've EVER seen in my life. And the first time I saw him, I thought of you. I usually say "Hi, Craig!" quietly in the privacy of my car as I drive by.......... I mean it. That dude is HAWWWT.

Hey, Shirleeee!! Your "future ex" is doing AOK (although a bit tired this morning - didn't sleep well last night - too freakin' hot and humid here!!) I'll have someone slap me on the butt in Playa just for YOU while I'm there (although I sure wish YOU could do it in person, hon!!??)
