Friend, I've got to tell you. Not only do the people running the US government not care about the tens of thousands who may or may not die if we leave. They don't care about the tens of thousands or more who have already died.Iraq Body Count | DATABASE | Latest Updates

You can pretty much say that about any administration. It's all about ego and power.

Happy to report that I got to greet and welcome home 2 nice soldiers returning from Iraq today at the airport. They make me proud to be an American....they were just happy to see women in shorts.

I've got to say that, and I may be wrong, but to me leading a country in war times has got to be tough. You have decisions to make that affect millions of peoples life one way or the other. I making a decision that would risk a lot of lives maybe a decision that you have to face. And regardless of anyones belief on this war, there maybe a war that does require us to act and have that as the consensus, they still have the same decisions to make. I dont think running a war excludes you from feeling or caring about those lives. You can care about those people grieve for them and still be faced with that decision to make. Many of our previous presidents had served in the Military directly order men in battle. By leading them in war did not mean that they didn't care. I dont feel like Im making any sense now but hopefully someone will understand what im saying.

Willfully misleading is wrong..but did he really believe the intelligence was true? That is yet to be decided. You also have to remember that other countries joined in to the alliance..especially Great Britain.. were all the other countries just taking our word and not using their own investigation and intelligence? Makes one wonder how ole George was able to fool other world leaders besides his own congress. We may never know the truth...but I lean towards the bad infomation reports. I don't think the US and the rest of the alliance had some conspiracy to go to war just for the fun of it.
