This part of the survey is really alarming:

Men's bottom 5 reasons:

1. The person offered to give me drugs for doing it.
2. I wanted to give someone else a sexually transmitted disease.
3. I wanted to punish myself.
4. I wanted to break up my relationship.
5. I wanted to get a job.

Women's bottom 5 reasons:

1. I wanted to give someone else a sexually transmitted disease.
2. Someone offered me money to do it.
3. I wanted to get a raise.
4. It was an initiation rite to a club or organization.
5. I wanted to get a job.

WTF???!!! give someone an STD That's just plain old messed up!

This was a survey of college students, but us folks in our 50's have similar drives and desires. Nothing better than hanging out with a few of your best friends having a pleasurable time

Take that sctx, for example. He would like to have a pleasant time with Salma and Halle (and I assume he is a gentleman and would invite lil'G also)

Ah, the beauty of statistics. How was the question asked? Did you have to chose only 10 top and 5 bottom reasons, or did you have to grade the importance of each statement? The 5 bottom reasons - do that mean that those are NOT reasons to have sex, or that you actually have had sex for those reasons, but not often? If the former, then people are saying that wanting to give someone a STD is the worst reason to have sex, not that they have ever had sex for that reason.

I used to work with political surveys, can you tell?

(I posted in this regard before when someone posted some other kind of statistics...I've taken stats math during my degree and learned surveys...easy to make them lean how you want them to.)
