Oh, Andy. What an emotional week you have had.........and busy too! I don't know how you possibly could have found time to be sick! I'm so glad that you are feeling good enough to update us! Try to take it slow. You must still be weak and don't want a relapse!

Poor little Dulcie. It doesn't get easier, I know, but you are doing such GOOD for so many. It really is impossible to have only happy days. There are bound to be very sad ones as well, but she passed so much more comfortable in your care than if she weren't. You have to look at it like that.

Maybe Jessie is wanting to be away from the other dogs and that's why she is more comfortable on your table? Strange.

I'm off to your website to remind me which pup Lilly is. Yayyyy for her adoption!

I'm hoping Polly and little Sparky will be okay without each other. He is so tiny to be away from his mom, but if she is having problems, I guess there was no choice. Thanks Deborah for playing Mom! I hope he gets nice and strong.

Thank you Andy and Jen for looking out and seeing all of what's going on with all the pups. So much responsibility for so many pups! I don't know when you find time to sleep!

Keeping my fingers crossed for the poor little runt puppy. I hope he fairs well on the meds. Maybe he just needs some extra protein to build himself up. I'm hoping......

Well, Saturday ought to be interesting. Gonna be a very busy day!

Oh, and you say you've dropped weight? I don't know if this will be good or bad for your centerfold shots.

I have a question for you, there is a picture that Guitar Playa posted of some puppies in an ice chest. One of them looks like a Chihuahua; what is its name?

NOPE! Franky has nice eyebrows, too. And lovely long eyelashes, and black markings around his eyes that look like permanent Kohl eyeliner. He's got the most gorgeous eyes!

I like dog eyebrows too. That is one of the reasons that I like black and tan hounds, chihuahuas, min pins, etc.Kip does have nice eyebrows.

Then again, I have to admit (forgetting the fact that they were ill in the first place which is why they have one on) that I find something about a dog with a lampshade on its head really cute too. Or maybe it was just my dog I grew up with that looked cute in one. His "I'm really f***'d off and feeling sorry for myself for looking a complete tit" expression he pulled off I found really sweet.

Us three are weird...I love dogs with eyeliner. Lilith our yellow lab has lovely eyeliner. I always tell her that it looks so good on her. I will also ask her how she manages to get up so early in the moring to apply it. Panda our other dog has super long eyelashes. On one eye the eyelashes are black and on the other they are white.

That is little Sally, now she does look to have 1quite a lot of chi in her tho how much im not sure, but she is small and does act a lot like Peanut did so who knows

We are taking our sweet Max( going on 14 years) on his last adventure this weekend. My husband & I are driving hinm out to Iowa
I ball my eyes out on this I can't get my brain around letting him go. We are taking him out to see the hunting fields he knows We are callng this Max's last Adventure. He always enjoyed the hotel room .....it always meant treats.......maybe he liked our voices playing trivial pursuit in the car....once he got into the field...that boy was his authentic self....and did he sure know his job....pointing a pheasant ...whatever... I want him to have a good send off. . It's just the send off we think we think he would like us to do for him. . .I don't think it's right to post a photo, Max is rather frail & am much too emtional at the moment. When we return, our vet, a good friend will give us his final goodbye. Max is my beautiful little boy that I was so lucky to have at 8 years old. These were six great years!

Your sentiments are much appreciated. He 's lost the use of his legs, but i think he'll love those smells (out there) that are so meaningful for him. He has always loved being in the field!
