It is always sad to lose a supporter and donater but everyone must do what is in thier hearts..
As to the Lease matter, please do not ask for details, i can not comment further , other than to say it is a personal matter , not a PPS one and it is in the hands on the lawyers and the Mexican judicial system..Thank you |

The post by gal4 about the future donations makes me wonder why some one would post that on a public internet forum.
Thank you Andy for not going there. Truly these issues should be worked out in the court of law and not on internet forums. Last edited by TAPPY; 03-15-2011 at 06:55 PM.. |

We are sending $200 right now to make up for the "big" one that PPS just lost! Please put it toward the new rescues. It is about the dogs. They are beautiful and I'm sure Gary will welcome them to his busy puppy house.... And people can help wash them this Saturday!

Do any of you like receiving the rent check late, at the end of, or beginning of the month.....? Do you really enjoy involving lawyers in collecting that money....just wondering... "It's all for the Dogs..." Being a landlord is a tough job...and having slow or no pay tennants is a p.i.t.a............

Being a LL is a tough job??? IMHO wouldn't rank it in the top 100 tough jobs. Now running a pet shelter and doing most of the grunt work, raising funds, worrying, adoptions, LL's, washes, medical, poop and more poop! Might rank that in the top 10.

Paying the monthly rent/lease/dues.......should be on the top of the list of things to do....and it seems that the ANDY has not done this...what part of landlord being landlord....does not compute here? I am just curious....if I don't pay my rent/mortgage payment...I get problems.....or kicked out....?

Ok Rodman, just to clear this up... this is NOT about paying or NOT paying rent...this is about an illegal eviction for reasons other than rent payment... that is ALL i will discuss here because it is being dealt with by lawyers.....sheesh !!! |
