What you- Andy and Jen- are doing is just so wonderful!! Beyond words really- and much needed.
I still remember one homeless dog that was special to me when I lived there. He was quite big, had a light colour (I think there was a bit of Golden Retriever in him) and used to be out and about on Quinta. The special thing about him was that he had obviously either been abused or had an accident- one of his hind legs had once been broken and healed the wrong way, so it was pretty useless to him. He seemed in pain quite often. He would walk up to people, get a bit of food here and there- and what was so amazing to me was how friendly he was!!!!! He was so soulful in his very own way. Every time I saw him he was on the verge of tears- he'd been mangled and still trusted humans. Don't know if anyone else remembers him- I'll surely never forget him. I wish I had some extra cash to donate. But as I don't I hope I'll be able to come by and play with the dogs for a bit here and there when down there. |

Dear Big Hearted Andy and Jen --
I trust you to do whatever is best for each of the animals. I don't have much to give, but whatever I can send, please do whatever you need to do with that money for your shelter. What you two are doing is beautiful beyond words!! I would gladly share my beautiful E-adopted Sophie honey with anyone else. But come on you guys - jump on board here and pick out a sweet little sad faced baby of your own to love and feed and care for from a distance. Just think, if every single one of us who played on this board, gave $5.00 a month or $5.00 a week to this project - IMAGINE HOW MANY ANIMALS COULD BE HELPED!! WOWZA!! Okay enough said - I'll be quiet now I love my Sophie but anyone else who falls in love with her puppy eyes and face are certainly welcome to e-adopt her as well. Or better yet, take her home with you to love and kiss her puppy nose in person ![]() Debbie |

Thank you all of you for your kind words and nice replies. You have all put my mind at ease about more than one e-sponsor per pet, it will certainaly help us to help more animals.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() :c lap:.I just discovered by the way that I have a GUARD dog at home . I was watching tv on the sofa last night with Rosita lying on me, and this CAT enters the house. WOW you should have seen small, little, sweet Rosita become a Mastiff. Not even my old dog would have reacted like that (bullmastiff), ![]() ![]() actually she was a little bit ridiculous with her small voice and all her hair up. This is the same cat that ATTACKED her the other day. How DARE he come into Rositas' house! ![]() ![]() . After this she couldn't sit still and kept rushing to the door to see if it was back. Had to walk her out to show her the CAT was gone. ![]() |
