I'm so glad you wrote that......it reminded me to call United Airlines & check on their weather restrictions for the arrival in Chicago. I completely forgot about airline weather restrictions for transporting pets in cargo. Please everyone say a prayer or cross your fingers for an increase in the Chicago temperature for next Weds. I just got off the phone with United. They say the minimum temperature for acceptance of pets is 45F. I'm a bit worried, but then I remembered that they did permit our dogs to depart Chicago last year on Dec. 28th. I checked the weather history for that date. It was 32F when we departed. So....it seems they are a bit flexible! I will be checking Chicago weather constantly for the next 4 days!!!
