It's 30 F here right now and snowing! At least Tasha will be the first one unloaded! What a yucky day for Jan and Erik to come home!

Poor Tasha , at least she will get an early introduction to snow !!, Jan bought her a jumper so that should take the chill off... i think she will enjoy playing in the cold , white stuff

We made it! Andy and Northwest were great........They took care of Tasha and made sure everything went off without a hitch. . Getting through customs was a breeze....getting through Minneapolis rush hour traffic during a snow storm was another matter.....took us 90 minutes just to travel about 10 miles. Yikes! Tasha wasn't too crazy about the snow at first but she's warming up to it. Right now she's getting to know her brother and sister......so far so good. More to come later!

Tasha is having a great time paying with all the toys in the house. She had a tug of war with Remy, our large lab cross and wouldn't give in. She is fitting right in and runs in the snow like a little maniac already. She likes Minnesota so far, but can't figure out why our sand is so damn cold. I'll post pics tomorrow

You have no idea how happy this makes me, i am so glad they are getting along, she is a very lucky young lady, and i gotta add it was an honour and a priveledge to meet you and Erik...come back soon.

I'm so happy that all went well getting Tasha home... Please everyone, hold your breath (well, not literally) that all goes as well with George on Monday...

I don't think I went thru the whole scenerio planned to get George to NJ on a non-stop flight... The process starts Sunday afternoon, March 3...

Sunday, Bill (DH) drives to Washington DC (about 450 miles ), checks into Best Western...

Monday, Bill takes hotel shuttle to Dulles, flys to Cancun... Goes from arrivals to departures and meets up with George, Andy and Maureen... Returns to Dulles , to Best Western (they allow pets) for the night...

Tuesday, drives home to NJ, George's new home...

Now, if any of you are saying "Whose idea was that?"... I AIN'T TALKIN' !!!

Welcome home to snowy Minnesota... the flurries started about 1pm but really didn't kick in til about 3:30. Being greeted by a blanket of fresh new snow is a great way to return... at least it's not cold. Too bad our paths didn't cross again in Playa this year...

Congratulations on your newest family member... Tasha would have been my first choice also. Foremost because she was in extreme need of a good home. Thanks for making her a lucky dog!! Hopefully, you'll provide some periodic photos along her road to recovery.
