Andy & Jen,
Thanks for taking Karma to see Sandra yesterday. Claire told me Karma had a hernia too? I thought hernia's were something old men in Florida have...not puppies! Was it that thing on her stomach Diego said was her from her ambilical cord? I thought it was just an outie belly button. Regardless, thanks for all you do! Sure hope I have room in my suitcases for that Harley! Claire ordered a lot of stuff! And her clothes take up a lot of space! See ya'll soon! |

Thanks. The lovely Claire took her in to nurse her back to health yesterday. She had pillows arranged on the floor for Karma to rest on. And her dog Paddy, laid down next to Karma to watch over her while she slept off the anesthesia.

And bless Claire and Paddy (and Paulo too) for giving her some special care - what a nice thing to do!

I am itching to get back but I love having the bed to myself. How can such small dogs take up sooo much room? Yes Claire and Paulo are simply wonderful! |

Hi all, ok we have done some rouugh estimates on cost for the new shelter and of course we were well under with our first guess, ive been told its going to be more than $5000 just for the materials alone (and that doesnt include the cost of clearing, roofing and fencing
![]() ).However i have had an idea about finding business's to "sponsor" a kennel, where they could donate us a sum to build a pen and we would hand a large signn telling everyone who they are and whatever other details they wish to include, this would help them in raising thier profile as a caring and giving company . We are planning on building between 15 and 20 large pens (approx 10ft x 8ft). So if anyone knows of a business that may be interested (either here in Mexico or outside the country) please let me know. Thank you.
