Can't wait to get there myself and bathe the babiesepecially Pogo
Have you thought of having a peep meet at the shelter to raise funds and awarenss?

That's great Andy. It'll save you a lot of trips. Are the vets actually volunteering their time? Or is this just for the convenience factor? It would be truly wonderful if were volunteering their time!!

It was wondeful to walk back thru the gate just now and see Layla standing wagging her tail, she could obviously see who we were from where she was sitting up by the house ...its been a little quiet on the re-home front but i had a call from a lady asking if we had any puppies for adoption so fingers ccrossed there
Met with the lawyer "How Much !!!"... turns out the origional A.C. is pretty useless to us as it was set up 4 tears ago and never properly registered which means there would be 4 years of tax reports (even tho it was never used) and of course 4 years of fines...plus payinf an accountant to calculate and do the work which would end up at a huge unaffordable amount , the other option we were given is to go ahead and start our own brand new A.C. which while more work orientated would cost less, i think a difference of about $5000 dollars, but its still an awful big amount of money so we will have to see .
The website seems to be a success, whilst a little slow on the posting front quite a few people have signed up so big for that.
Anyway Steve and Judy are coming round later for a visit and to meet the animals so that should be fun, i had best get cleaning up then .

I am SOOO happy for Layla, and all the other good news ( 2 vets and all! ) This is fanstastic. You and Jen and the doggs deserve some help, and good news too.
Was thinking about you two today, we went early, me and Lil Rosie, to Xpu-ha, and NOBODY was tehre, it was fantastic. So we improved Lil Rosies swimmimg skills, soon she'll be a lab.

I always forget my camera. and its Lil rosies fault, hehhe, she's always in such a rush for the beach! . we will probably go there saturday night to stay until Sunday, the owner saw us today and i asked him if I could take a room with Lil Rosie, and he said YES! Sop maybe we'll have a romantic week end the two of us girls! . she LOVES the beach! and she's soooo friendly with everything that moves, really that she is no worry on the beach.

I just got my package packed up and ready to mail to Carol tomorrow for the shelter. Thanks so much Carol for being my mule
I am sending you some leashes, collars, 2 shirts to dress the kids up for their nights on the town, vitamins, bitch pills, flea collar, doggy toothpaste, some medicine and some puppy pads...........I am enclosing a special toy for Pogo.....a singng monkey .
FYI! Old Navy has really cute collars in all sizes on clearance for $1.97 each
