you will go through alot of pill pockets that way Lucy!! all kidding a side you should be able to get 3-4 pills into one pill pocket!! also try giving him a couple as treats with no pills in them!! then surprise!!! pop the pill into one and he won't know the difference!!!

Well he is taking 1/2 a pill of 2 different meds, so I did put them in together.... when he wouldn't eat the pill pocket, I wrapped it around one of those beggin strips and voila... almost ate my finger too!!

with Rosie I have to put the pills in a piece of sausage ( chicken is her favourite); Finn hates pills, I just have to shove them down his throat.
But i did see a pill dispenser at the vet once ( that send the pills straight down the throat)

This morning, I gave him just half the pill pocket and rolled it into a ball and put it in the palm of my hand, much better approach..

He was yelping again though. He's done taking his antibiotics, now we just had to wean him off the prednizone.

A personal HUGE THANK YOU to Gary and Andy and all the Peanut Pet Shelter who just took in 8 beautiful small puppies ( PRECIOUS) , they were found this morning by the trash, in a box.
Thank you for taking them in, 8 is a big number, but this confirms one more time how much love you REALLY have for these animals.
