Thats the beauty of a MMO, you'll meet plenty of new cool folks. It's great to have peeps you know get involved, but not ness. too have a great time. I did the SW's online game for almost 4 years, I built an orginization of over 300 real life people within the framework of the game.

Thats the draw.....and the pitfall.. It sucks you in, and if those not closest to you in real life...i.e. significant other aren't into it...it's a lil rough.

True but the cool thing about SL is that you can create a person and actually look at someone and go to different places....If Playa.Info was like that it would be really wild....Like peepfest all the time......Same here in bed watching the lifetime chanel....Ugh...Hate it. Thats why I am on the computer.....

Exactly......at least when I was ingame, or on a forum, Im actually interacting with people, albeit from the puter...it's still interaction. It's loads of fun, Second Life is different from other MMO's it's overall theme is basically....normal life. Compared to the other MMO's like Star Wars...World Of Warcraft, etc.. Those are steeped in a pre set theme. You roleplay in that world. Second life opens the door for folks who aren't gamers, which is really cool.

I had to combine my middle and last name to get my first...then chose what they offered for the last name...One of the hardest things is getting set up then moving around inside the world itself...But was talking to Tommie (Loretta) and her boyfriend is going to be singing live on SL Wednesday night....It just blows my mond the things you can do on there.....If you get to a point that you get a name you then have to go through several tutorials on how to do things...If you ever see Daghall Dagostino online IM me and I can teleport you to where we are and myself or Tommie and show you around......
