I keep waking up during the night, so tonight I decided I am gonna take a Tylenol PM and see if I can stay asleep all night
another hot hot hot day here today........so far it's a good hair day
gotta go to the grocery store after work and then home to do some laundry.....then sleep early (I hope)

Mornin! I"m up, but no workout this morning I've got an early flight to Boston. I've got another meeting up there. It'll last a couple of hours, and then i'll fly home. Sorry to hear about your waking up in the night...that can be the worst!

It is going to be almost 100 here today!

Hope you get a chance to get outside in Boston today, Josef. Weather is gonna be in the 70's with greatly reduced humidity (as compared to yesterday which was AWFUL and in the 90's). Give a wave as you fly over my office building, k??

Loree Tylenol PM knocks me out, but then I'm a whimp when it comes to drugs Its hot here, as well. I think our high today is going to be 102. I'm going to go into work for a couple of hours and then go and get a pedicure. I am really going to try and do some packing
