I've a big favor to ask of all you peeps out there

I apologize for being so off topic, but I've entered a painting in a competition at saatchi-gallery.co.uk and need as many 10 star votes as I can to stay in the running. It may be a bit of a pipe dream... Jessie and I couldn't afford a trip to Playa last year, but if I manage to actually win it'll mean a couple of tickets to paradise this winter. I realize my work isn't for everyone, but please lend a starving artist a hand. Here's a link to my painting...
Showdown

In retrospect I started making these what I feel to be almost beachy abstract painting when I first got home after my first trip to Playa.
Anyway, thanks to all and we hope to be down this winter....

Oh, and this leg of the competition ends Sunday night....

Yeah... it's a bit funky for my taste, but it's got a nice calming "feel" to it!

Thanks a lot! The pic itself isn't the best. My paintings like that look a lot better in person. I make them from 4x4 inches to about 5x8 feet... I'd go bigger, but no space to do the work...

I love it!!

But then I've always loved abstract art. I have a couple like these from back in my into art days done in pencil or charcoal though... I gave it 10 stars!!
