Wow zoom.. glad your ok...now you get the joys of truck shopping..yuck..and they never give you enough to buy another one. Wouldn't be surprise if the 16 year old gets another brand new car.

I actually ventured out today. I went to the bank to get a new cd and then went to Sears to buy another kenmore washing maching. Last one lasted 22 years..and still works..as long as I don't do a big load of towels... the spinner gets knocked off track and the repairman couldn't fix it. Luckily it was covered by our home warranty (home seller bought it for us)...so I didn't have to spend much for a new bigger better one. Now, If only the hot water heater goes out before next Feb.

Thanks Char. Another part of the story is that I was coming home on the same road the accident was on...approached the intersection...saw the cops....then saw Michael's truck...my heart just sunk cause I knew Mack was with him and I could see Michael standing by the road but couldn't see Mack. He was still sitting in the truck...I pulled over and was so relieved to find no one hurt...from the looks of both of the vehicles it is amazing no one was hurt.

so scary for you! ugh... hate the thought of you worrying about your baby even for a second.

Thanks all.......lower back is stiff.....so Iam walking like an old man.........Mack is bouncing all over............he was more scared than anything.........the whole thing is more of an inconvenience than anything......I think Mack was more upset about missing practice and not trying out his new bat..........I will post some pics of the truck tomorrow

me too........can't have anything to do w/ age......glad ya'll are ok....the one thing I really hate about my job is the 1000 miles/week of driving in traffic....it's freakin scary w/ all the stupid drivers in Austin......it does give me a good excuse to drive the couch all weekend though

Monica rides the buss to downtown.......its about a 45 min ride but she said the buss is pretty much a stress free ride......compared to the drivers on 95

hit austin at 1:52 this afternoon... pretty much sailed through... FIRST time in all our trips through there that we haven't had horrible traffic... so we will aim for 1:52 each time...

OH gosh Michael, I am so sorry to hear this. I'm glad you both didn't get hurt any worse than what you did.
