I don't drink on the weekends so that I can drink during the week.........more days of drinking![]() ![]() actually I worked all day and was too tired to get to the gym, so the next best thing a rum and diet early day tomorrow at the gym.![]() |

yeah, I will have to do double time in the morning. Which is good, that means I won't get into work till later
![]() My boss is out celebrating his birthday so I know he won't be in at all............unless he wants to have a lunch meeting at the Lodge(topless bar)![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Yesterday I started using a new machine, well new for me.........I can't spell it but its low impact, dang it was a workout. I was suppose to do it for 15minutes and only got 10 done, but I had already jogged 2 miles on the tredmill. I'm out of shape![]() |

yeah, its really hard for me to get motivated to do a workout after work. My massage therapist told me the best time to workout is first thing in the morning without eating breakfast. He said your body has been resting, that is if you ate dinner a couple of hours before bedtime, and your body will start burning off the fat that is stored. So now I am really motivated to workout first thing in the morning. I have to do upper body as well tomorrow, I hate upper body. I would rather do squats and lunges before chest and biceps
