Rancho Encantada - Laguna Bacalar
Looks as though Laguna Bacalar will be close to or near the Eye when Dean makes landfall. In July 2005 we escaped Hurricane Emily by driving South from Akumal to Bacalar and had 3 wonderful days at Rancho Encantada...Great hospitality, food and drinks ....Here is a prayer for those folks tonight and a pic of the beautiful lagoon......
