Oh well, that's nice to know. I guess I figured that Most Mexican dishes did not include garlic because I had never tasted any. Yet then again, I've never been to Mexico aside from y 1/2 day at Playa last year when our cruise took us to Xcaret. I've also eaten Mexican at places like "On the Border" and never had many saucy dishes. I still think the garlicy taste is probably not as strong as it is in Italian dishes. I like cumin though! LOL
Sorry that was just my bad, sorry for the misinformation. I guess I learned something new today. |

We have a place here called the Stinking Rose. Everything has garlic. Some of the stuff is just pure Garlic. I love Garlic havent been to this restaurant yet but sounds so good. You just have to go with someone who already loves you!!!
