Family Reunion web pages info please!

Does anyone know a good program to use to set up a web page for a family reunion and to generally keep in touch with folks after the reunion. I found one site but it looks like only I can add stuff and I dont really have the time to have people email me and have me post to the site. Any advice would be great. All this work has paid off and it looks like a reunion in september is in the works!

You are SOOOOO brave! I just had my reunion in August (in Michigan)...and I planned it for over a year!!
I will NEVER do it again! It was very very nice, but I met with SOOOOO much resistance (don't like hotel, don't like price for final dinner etc....ALL of which everyone voted on and LIKED...until they realized that I was NOT picking up the bill)....OY!!! WAY too much work. Next time I will simply call the family I really got along with and tell them that I'm going to Playa/Orlando/cruise...and do they want to join?
I had about 40 family members at the "meet and greet" Friday night...about 100 at the free (pot-luck...NOT my idea) picnic, and then 40 at the REALLY nice dinner that included a family history slide show.

I enjoyed it, but I will NEVER take on something like that again. It was amazing how EVERYONE was REALLY excited about the events (originally we had plans for Friday day, ands Sunday day also)...but then when it came time to actually PAY, they all disappeared....UGH!!!

Sorry to be negative.....maybe it's just because my family is SOOOO big (I have 25 first cousins on my mom's side....and now THEY all have kids, too...so I had been conversing and emailing with over 200 people for a year)...and the more people you have, the better your chances are in facing those with "personality issues"...hehe
