If a guy or gal has had just one sexual act such as a bj or whatever with someone of the same gender in his or her life, does that mean the he or she is gay for life?

I haven't read bout the incident. But if it was a case of him doing something with another man, and he says he's not gay, well...then he's not gay I guess. If he's telling the truth.
