So, finally here is the last installment... excuse me if I post pics I've already posted but I am too tired to check. Haven't been entirely healthy lately and although I am not really sick I am VERY tired all the time.

These are the houses where the clans met in former times to elect the 'birdman' (whoever watched the film 'Rapa Nui' knows this place).

Actually Patricia (our guide) told us that this wall is similar to the ones in Macchu Picchu. And nobody knows whether the ones in Macchu Picchu or that Ahu (altar) on Easter Island had been built first. This is the only Ahu on Easter Island looking like this, the other ones were built in a different style.
