Blonde moments?

Have any blonde moments lately? Or old timers? Or whatever you may want to call it?

I was just at work and I was freezing so I decided to run home and grab a sweatshirt. I figured I didn't need my purse or anything, just my keys because I'd be right back. So I leave work and moments after the door closes....I realize I don't have my security badge, which means I can't get back into the building...

I just love when I do thing like that because I immediately feel like an idiot and it doesn't take long, milliseconds after the door closed, I thought..."badge!"

So, what's your best blonde, old-timers, or whatever you would like to call it moment?

By the way, people are at work today and come and go on weekends all the time so I should be able to get back in.

A friend of my is the site manager for a remote oil company. He just had to get rid of one of the managers below him for "swimming in the company pool". When he told me that, my response was........."you guys have a pool"?

He looked at me like I was from another planet. I realized eventually what he meant, but yes........it was a definite blonde moment

I don't think I go through a day without having at least one...

But the worst I think was when I came out of the grocery store with a full cart and I had forgotten where I parked the car!

That's when I figured out what the panic button is for...

I do that almost every time I go to the store....

God I hope it's not just me this happens to. You get up from your desk to go do something and forget what it was you were going to do before you get to where you were going. Then you turn to go back to your desk in disgust and remember what it is you got up to do just as you get back to your desk. I swear this happens to me at least once a week. Ginko, gotta remember to get some ginko biloba.

You mean like waking up, getting ready for an appointment and are about to head out the door and realize it is scheduled for the next day? Would have been a good hour driving time to sit in the office and wonder why the hell my name wasn't called.

So, yes, Belinda...have had quite a few of those moments lately.
