Looked at the tent in the garage. Looked at the sleeping bags. They were still there, along with the foot pump for the air mattress. Gotta bring some chairs

We'll throw them in the back of Stubby with some other camping gear. It will be great to have two traveling kitchens (the W's and Sol/Dave's camper). We're gonna bring our butane campstove in case I wake up early and want to make coffee.

Too back John and Leasa and Jorden and Kelsy are going to be in Playa for the month. They sure were good camping buddies down on the Rogue River.

We'll have four chairs. Two recliners (camping ones) and two folding chairs with cup holders. I'm thinking about going to Sierra Trading Post to see if they have a large aluminum table.

Kathy says we should go look at one of those roll-up tables at a camping roll-up table store. Something like this one

We have one of these tables. It's kind of small.

Kathy told me we have one.

Why in the world would she want something new when we already have something that will work

Ordered a new spare tire cover, and special latches to hold the drawers in the trailer shut while traveling (the old ones are broke). Got them yesterday. This weekend's project is . . . .

Dave is going to get the camper today. Last week, he took in to get it serviced. There was something going on...he explained it...I uhhhhh didn't get it.
This week, I'll pack stuff, and get the garden hooked up to soaker hoses. It'll make it easier for the teenager who will be taking care of things around here; the cat and the little garden area. I'll do some shopping but we are thinking about stopping at a grocery store in Eugene to get some stuff as well.
Dawgs go their shots earlier this week, so they are set for Doggie daycare in Eugene.

Ron has Butternut squash soup for one evening...Do you think I could bring some low sodium roasted red pepper and tomato soup for one of the other evenings? I figured I could 'dress' it up with some cubed tomatoes and a wee bit of jalapeno

Took the battery out of the truck and put into the trailer. Took the battery out of the garage that had been sitting there for 2.5 years and put it into the truck. Truck started, we're good.

Trying to figure out how far we are going to travel the first day. We should be able to get between Sacramento and Redding somewhere, after about 10 hours of driving. From there to Eugene, hopefully by about 3PM.

Will have to hit the road Sunday, have to be at work on Tuesday.
