Condo recommendation

2 adults and 3 kids. We have gotten some great prices on hotels close to 5th and close to the beach but we were wondering about condos or villas as well. We've only stayed in Playacar so we are not familiar with the central or north parts of Playa close to the water. I think Natz Ti Ha is close to 5th and close to the beach but are there any others?? thanks!!

Las Palmas condo's on 26th just accross from the Luna Blue are very nice.They are in the north end and near the best beach in Playa,Kool and Mamitas beach clubs are only a 5 min. walk away. Also try the trip planning tab above they have lots of great places to rent....have a great vacation.

Yes, there are a lot of options. Go to trip planning tab above and fill out the "villa/condo check dates" form. Please be sure to indicate your rough budget, needs, and travel dates and I'll get back to you with options.

We can offer more options than are listed on our site, as new condo buildings seem to pop up daily.

Cool - thanks! I honestly can't remeber if I filled out that form. I'll do it and forgive me if I had already done it - I get pretty numb during the day at my job - haha!

Try the new Luna Encantada condos right on the beach just north of the pier. Although I haven't stayed there yet, the reviews here and at Reviews of vacations, hotels, resorts, vacation and travel packages - TripAdvisor are great! As a result of my research, we're staying there in November. They offer 2 and 3 bedrooms and you're close to 5th Avenue and just about everything else. Good luck.

I woulld definately have Heather check out Luna Encantada for you, we booked an ocean front in Nov.,looks really nice.

Heather, We would of booked through you if I knew you guys could get one for us. I thought you could only rent the ones out listed on this website. The one we rented was directly through the owner so I did not know that was an option. I actually gave the owner this website and told her to check it out.

AZPDC, what days in Nov. will you be there?? We will be there Nov. 10 thru 17th. We are in C1 1st floor oceanfront.

Luna Encantada has my vote. we stayed there last October. It was absolutely the best. We have stayed at the AI's. This beat them hands down. Centrally located, but quiet. Close to bars, clubs and eveything else you might want to do. Just a quick walk to the best Breakfast Tacos anywhere and of course, you are always close to Tequila.
Book your airport transfer through playa.info. The drivers know how to get you to the front door of the complex.
We liked it so much, we are going to stay there on our next visit.

Try looking into Playa Palms they have some two bedroom condos and the price is only $69/night up until Dec 19 then the rates go back up. It's Right on the Beach with a pool 5 feet from the sand. It's in a great location one block from 5th ave. Go to Playa Palms Beach Boutique Hotel | Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Mexico | Home to check it out.

Never having noticed this place before, I just looked at the photos on Luna Encatada's web site. Very nice place, right up my alley.

Danggggggggg expensive though!
