The Rocktober weekday thread!

It was actually a little brisk this morning when I was walking to the car.

Susan and I ripped a bunch of weeds out of the yard yesterday, so it looks a lot better, however I am a little on the sore side. Also, Susan's sister and family (husband and 2 kids) were in town over the weekend. Maaaaaaaaaaan was it wild!

I promise to finish my trip report this week!

Ya'll have a wonderful day, not matter where you are or what the weather is. We have taken a turn to fall weather here - got an inch of rain yesterday - a pretty big daily rainfall for these parts. Highs this week are forecast to be in the low to mid 60's, lows in 40s and there was snow on Mt. Hood this weekend, down to around 4,000 feet.

Oh no, that was the 50 square feet or so of flowerbeds...we still have the 5000 square foot back yard that is covered

They liked the house, but it's definitely still in disarray and NOT kid proof. Nothing was broken though!

happy monday peeps..its beautiful here..but jessi says its very cold in japan..have to pack a box of winter clothes and send them out today....thats going to be a pretty penny..but we cant let her be cold...actually she told me to take money out of her account!!!I cant believe its october!!!!

Dave buys the big candy bars etc. no mini stuff. We get a bunch of kids so we get rid of most of it.

We dont get fall here

. Its in the high eighties today. Then well get our winter but we dont get fall so much.

I wish we had more seasons than hot and cold

I like Halloween cause I get to ooh and ahh over all the kids in their costumes...especially the little ones
