I'm finding that buying property in Playa is easier than selling it. If you think you'll have your property forever...count to 10. Our "forever" home is now in the process of being sold - and we're learning a lot, both good and bad. Talk to people - lots of people about the selling process. It's an eye-opener.

You should share your story with us, as much as you are comfortable sharing. I am certain it would help people as they prepare to buy property here and in the future when they want to sell. One of the most important things to keep in mind when you are buying that "forever" home is to have a contingency plan in your back pocket.
