Rosetta Stone

Has anyone used Rosetta Stone language software? I can now get a free license through work and registered to learn Spanish (Latin America).
I can most likely register for other languages in the future, but figured since I already took some Spanish years ago, it might be easier to start bak down that road.

So, anyone have success with it?

Pro's/Con's?

I hear it's good for Ancient Egyptian, but the manual is hard to decipher.

I used before I took my first trip to Mexico(04), because it used conversation vs flash cards...it really helped. I still messed up a lot, but the locals helped me out..getting it correct.
